ADOPTING A PET
THE ADOPTION PROCESS
We try our best to keep the adoption process straight-forward and simple in an effort to get our available pets into a permenant, stable and loving home as fast as possible. You will be asked to fill out an adoption application giving All 4 Paws Rescue, Inc. some information about yourself, your family and your experience with pets. You will also need to provide a vet reference and personal reference. Our goal is to find our animals the best possible home and if multiple applications are received, All 4 Paws Rescue, Inc. will make the decision as to which home would be best for that particular pet. We do our best to process applications within 24 to 48 hours from the time the application is received. We do not hold animals that are already in foster care. PLEASE NOTE - We DO require that all dogs and cats in your household are spayed or neutered, kept up-to-date on vaccines and that they are seen annually for a check-up. We do NOT require a fenced in yard unless otherwise noted for a specific dog.
DOG ADOPTION FEES
Our adoption fee is $450 for dogs - that includes a wellness exam, all age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter surgery, heartworm testing when age appropriate, worming, microchip and registration, flea/tick treatment, 30 days of free pet insurance and a free dog training session. PLEASE NOTE - we do offer discounted adoption fees to families adopting more than one dog.
Below is a chart of the the average costs of the services we provide to every adoptable dog prior to adoption. Please note that the costs you would pay for these services on your own are significantly more expensive than the costs we are able to secure with our vets due to our volume. Please also note that in addition to the below services, we've also paid to remove these dogs from shelters, to transport them and to care for their daily needs . CAT ADOPTION FEES
Our adoption fee for cats and kittens is $100 (specialty/purebred cats typically have higher adoption fees) - that includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter surgery, worming, microchip and registration, flea/tick treatment, and 30 days of free pet insurance.
